I believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself. I facilitate this healing by respectfully encouraging deep communication between the mind and body.

My work also focuses on nurturing each persons individual gifts, in order for the client to fully inhabit their body, and overcome the challenges of lost balance, misalignment, and pain.
